Change the 13amp fuse

Turn the machine over, the rating plate sticker at the bottom of the machine will have the details required. The information usually required by our customer service team are the model number which is 8 digits long (beginning with a 3), and the serial number which is 16 digits long.

Check to ensure that all the filters are fitted correctly and snugly into their housings.

Check the filtration system. First twist the filter cleaner 10 times to clean it

Empty the cyclonic cassette
Release the pleated filter and tap or brush to release dust. If it is still dirty, washing with luke warm water will suffice, but it should be left to dry if washed

The Cyclone unit can be removed for cleaning. Twist it clockwise to release it. Use the dusting brush to clean any dirt that may have accummulated in the cyclonic unit

To refit the cyclonic unit slide it inwards and twist anti clockwise to lock it in. Make sure the safety button is pressed down by the cyclone, in order for the cyclone to lock back in

When the filters need cleaning or if the cassette check indicator is flashing, the thermal cut out will switch the machine off if it is left in this mode for to long. It will take about 30 minutes to automatically reset.
