Turn the machine over, the rating plate sticker at the bottom of the machine will have the details required. The information usually required by our customer service team are the model number which is 8 digits long (beginning with a 3), and the serial number which is 16 digits long.

The filtration system will need to be cleaned out. Empty the dust manager cassette of the large items of debris (see fig 1).

Brush out any left over dust from inside the canister, and clear away and hair or fluff that may have accumulated.

Open up the filter carrier and clean then wash the filters. After washing the filters they should be left out to dry. Do not scrub, use washing up liquid nor place the filters in a dishwasher.

Remove then clean or wash the filter which is situated behind the collection canister. If washed, leave the filter to dry. Do not scrub, use washing up liquid nor place the filters in a dishwasher.

Remove then clean or wash the exhaust filter, if washed leave to dry. Do not scrub, use washing up liquid nor place the filters in a dishwasher.

Try plugging the product into another socket.

Change the fuse.

Push the plug all the way into the socket.
